We dispatch international orders within 20 business days and domestic orders within 8 business days.You will get a notification by email or SMS of your current status after placing the order.
Please understand that the colors shown you see on your screen might not be exactly like the colors of the actual product because every screen is calibrated differently by brands, and screen calibration affects how colors are shown on screens.
A) Returns:
We only accept returns for defective or damaged products.
Please record an unboxing video to help us verify any defects or damages. If the customer provides a video, we can fast-forward the process of return or exchange and make the shopping experience more seamless.
We can confirm this by reviewing the unboxing video.
We have made all these products with much hard work and love. It takes time and effort to get the product to you.
B) Refund:
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
We will return the full amount by bank transfer to the customer if you cancel the order within 24 hours.
The process of refunding the amount can take up to 7 business days.
Once your order is shipped or processed by us, it cannot be cancelled.
C) Exchanges:
No exchange on international orders.
All products can be exchanged.
Please request a replacement within 48 hours of receiving your product. The product will not be able to be exchanged after the specified time limit has passed.
In case you want to exchange a product, then you have to bear the shipping charges of sending the package to the company’s warehouse location mentioned below, and the charges for sending the product back to you will be paid by the company
There will be no exchange or return on SALE items unless the item is defective.

D) Defective Item Policy:
At Craftbyasha , we take pride in creating high-quality handmade products. Due to the handmade nature of our items, minor variations are natural and add to their uniqueness. However, if you receive a defective item, we’re here to help!
A product is considered defective if:
It is damaged during transit.
It has a manufacturing defect affecting its usability.
It is significantly different from the product description.
Parts are missing, making it unusable.
Note: Slight color variations, texture differences, or minor imperfections in handcrafted items are not considered defects.
If you receive a defective product, please follow these steps within 24 hours of delivery :

Attach photos and videos of i) unboxing packages & ii) showing the defect.
We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days with further instructions.
3) Resolution Options:
Once the defect is verified, we will provide one of the following solutions:
A replacement of the same item (subject to availability).
A partial or full refund if a replacement is unavailable.
If the defect is confirmed, we will cover the return shipping cost (if applicable).
Customers are responsible for securely packaging the item for return.
Items damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
